The Kukko 15-4 bearing separator is an ideal solution for removing ball bearings, roller bearings, gears, and inner rings when space constraints prevent the use of traditional pullers. Designed for use with the Kukko 18-4 or 18-4-B, it provides a reliable and efficient method for bearing extraction in tight spaces. The sharp cutting edges are engineered to slide behind components, allowing for precise separation where other methods are not applicable. Once the separation and pulling device are screwed together, the tool becomes highly stable, minimizing the risk of damage to surrounding parts.

This bearing splitter is made from hardened steel for enhanced durability, and has a separation diameter range of 30 to 200 mm. The reverse positioning of the separating jaws can enlarge the support area, enabling a more controlled, gentle removal process. The tool features a mounting thread for the tension bolt (G5/8), a cutting edge height of 103 mm, and a total weight of 11.8 kg, ensuring robust performance.
