Refund policy

Return Period: Shopena Supply is proud to offer an industry-leading 60 day return window starting from the time that you receive your order. The order can be sent back for any reason and we'll refund you the original purchase price of the item. 

Exceptions: We can't accept returns on custom items, special order items, expired items, or items that are not brand new in the manufacturer packaging. Also, some items that ship directly from the manufacturer can't be returned. If you are unsure please ask us before purchasing.

Deductions: We may withhold initial shipping charges (cost to ship the item to you) and a restocking fee. The restocking fee can vary between 5% - 30% and is item dependent.

Warranties: In most cases, we'll help you directly with warranty claims on defective items. The only time we'll refer you to the manufacturer is if it's easier, quicker or cheaper for YOU to work with them directly.
