The Bijur Delimon LubeSite 305 Auto Greaser is a refillable lubrication unit with a durable anodized aluminum base designed for use in environments where machinery is subject to vibration, high torque, or impact. Its 2 oz grease capacity and transparent dome support longer service intervals and visual monitoring without equipment shutdowns. Offered in a 10 Pack, the unit activates immediately upon installation without switches or additional components.

This bearing greaser is suitable for equipment using anti-friction oscillating, ball, or roller bearings, whether shielded, sealed, or open. It also supports oilite and bronze bearings, as well as setups needing flushing action. It distributes NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease through a spring-loaded piston and metering rod that delivers lubricant only during motion. This venturi mechanism prevents grease from over-packing and stops flow automatically when movement ceases, minimizing downtime and protecting seals by maintaining a low pressure of 1–5 psi. The grease feeder includes pre-installed medium (silver) springs, with light (blue) and heavy (red) springs for adjustable output. A Zerk fitting allows easy refilling, and the clear housing enables users to check grease levels at a glance. With mounting flexibility and hazardous area compatibility, this model meets the needs of multiple industrial sectors.

How To Order:

1. Select the proper unit size: To determine the unit size, you need to know the bearing shaft diameter, speed, and the bearing class. If the shaft diameter is 2”, the bearing is sealed and the shaft speed is a continuous 2000 rpm, you will need an extra large unit. See the "LubeSite Size Selection Guide" picture. 
2. Select the proper spring size: First, determine the operating temperature and
   the grease weight. For example, if the operating temperature of the bearing ranges
   from 60ºF to 80ºF, and you’re using grade 2 grease, then you will need a meduim
   (silver) spring. If mounting on an extension, use of an extra heavy (orange) spring may be required (spring effectiveness will vary with application). See the See the spring selection guide picture.
