Drill Bits

Drill bits are tools designed to cut holes in materials. They're often spiral pieces of metal with a sharp cutting edge that fit in a hand drill, drill press, or CNC machine. They're manufactured based on the type of material they'll be used on. Drill bits can cut through wood, metal, concrete, and even glass and tile. Some general purpose drill bits are very affordable, and other highly specialized drill bits are quite expensive. Bits vary greatly in shape, diameter, shank type, flute length, overall length, cutting edge, point angle, and more.
