With a 2 oz capacity and a transparent polycarbonate housing, this device ensures easy monitoring and extended service intervals, making it a practical addition for maintenance routines. This bearing greaser is built for use in systems with shielded, open, or sealed bearings, including anti-friction oscillating, ball, or roller bearings, as well as oilite and bronze components. It operates at a low pressure of 1–5 psi, using a piston, spring, and metering rod to distribute NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease. The rod’s graduated channels allow bearings to pull grease only as needed, while venturi action ensures delivery occurs exclusively during motion. This prevents grease packing and eliminates excess flow during idle periods. The medium (silver) spring is pre-installed in this grease feeder, with light (blue) and heavy (red) springs included to adjust flow rate as required. Its compatibility with hazardous environments, multiple mounting positions, and standard 1/8” NPT or BSPT threads offers flexibility across industrial applications, from food processing and mining to HVAC and automotive.

Installation is simple, with a Zerk fitting for refilling and no electrical components required. How To Order:

1. Select the proper unit size: To determine the unit size, you need to know the bearing shaft diameter, speed, and the bearing class. If the shaft diameter is 2”, the bearing is sealed and the shaft speed is a continuous 2000 rpm, you will need an extra large unit. See the "LubeSite Size Selection Guide" picture. 
2. Select the proper spring size: First, determine the operating temperature and
   the grease weight. For example, if the operating temperature of the bearing ranges
   from 60ºF to 80ºF, and you’re using grade 2 grease, then you will need a meduim
   (silver) spring. If mounting on an extension, use of an extra heavy (orange) spring may be required (spring effectiveness will vary with application). See the See the spring selection guide picture.
