This bearing greaser can serves a wide range of machinery fitted with shielded, sealed, or open bearings, including anti-friction oscillating, ball, or roller types, as well as bronze and oilite bearings. It uses a spring-actuated piston and metering rod to dispense NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease at a controlled low pressure of 1–5 psi. The rod’s internal channels let bearings draw only the grease they need, while the venturi mechanism releases lubricant strictly during bearing motion. This system avoids grease packing and eliminates flow during downtime. With a medium (silver) spring pre-installed and light (blue) and heavy (red) springs included, users can customize output for different applications. This grease feeder mounts in any orientation and functions safely in hazardous areas, using a standard 1/8” NPT or BSPT thread and Zerk fitting for easy refilling.

How To Order:

1. Select the proper unit size: To determine the unit size, you need to know the bearing shaft diameter, speed, and the bearing class. If the shaft diameter is 2”, the bearing is sealed and the shaft speed is a continuous 2000 rpm, you will need an extra large unit. See the "LubeSite Size Selection Guide" picture. 
2. Select the proper spring size: First, determine the operating temperature and
   the grease weight. For example, if the operating temperature of the bearing ranges
   from 60ºF to 80ºF, and you’re using grade 2 grease, then you will need a meduim
   (silver) spring. If mounting on an extension, use of an extra heavy (orange) spring may be required (spring effectiveness will vary with application). See the See the spring selection guide picture.
