Indicator Holders and Bases

Indicator holders are arms or stands that are used for the positioning of digital and dial indicators. They can be attached to lathes, machines, or other work surfaces via a threaded base, magnetic base, vacuum base, or granite base. Gauge holders are commonly used in machine shops, and manufacturing facilities. They can be operated by professional machinists or hobbyists. Most are extremely simple to use and just require the operator to attach an indicator and twist a handle to stiffen the arm. Some basic models are used for measurements where extreme accuracy is less important. More advanced models can assist with extremely accurate measurements like those made in microns.
