The Kukko 20-3-B hydraulic puller delivers a great solution for removing tightly fitted bearings, gears, and discs. Designed with high-performance components, it ensures secure and stable operation across various applications. Its ARMLOCK feature enhances jaw stability, while the GLIDE & FIX system allows for smooth and quick jaw adjustments on the cross-beam. A two-sided spindle tip provides adaptability for different shaft configurations, ensuring precise engagement. The puller's two-arm design is optimized for confined spaces, and the hydraulic function increases force application for challenging extractions.

Equipped with a hydraulic pressure screw and a mechanical alternative, this tool provides versatility in use. This hydraulic gear puller includes standard and parallel pulling hooks maintain full alignment under load, and their infinite adjustability supports a range of workpiece sizes. A specially coated milled thread enhances durability, and turning the hooks allows for both internal and external pulling. The spindle head band prevents slipping, and the hexagonal profile on the cross-beam allows for secure handling. This hydraulic bearing puller is designed to ensure a controlled application of force, reducing strain on the workpiece. For enhanced performance, pressure pads from series 600-17 can be added when working with hollow shafts.

With a strong build, high load capacity, and nearly all parts replaceable, it provides a long service life. A tube of KUKKO special grease is included for maintaining the pressure spindle. • The pulling hooks' sliding parts must always sit stably and fully on the cross-beam.
• If several parts have to be removed, always follow a step-by-step process. Do not remove several parts at the same time.
• The pulling hooks' support surfaces must always be straight and sit fully beneath the part to be removed.

• Do not use any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills.
