The Kukko 20-4-AV heavy duty gear puller is a professional-grade tool designed for the removal of big bearings, gears, and discs. Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliability and performance for tough applications. A two-sided spindle tip allows optimal adjustment to the shaft, ensuring versatility across various tasks. The individually adjustable spread and reach accommodate different workpieces, making it a practical choice for diverse mechanical extractions.

This large bearing puller features parallel pulling hooks that remain secure even under full load. The hooks can be adjusted along the cross-beam, allowing precise positioning for a secure grip. A two-arm design ensures space-efficient operation while maintaining high pulling force. The milled mechanical pressure screw, coated for durability, enhances threading performance. Additionally, turning the hooks allows for both internal and external use, increasing adaptability when handling asymmetric parts. For stubborn components, a hydraulic spindle from series 8 can be added to improve force application. The inclusion of a spindle head band prevents tool slippage during use, improving safety and ease of handling. With a spread range of 0–520 mm and a maximum load capacity of 12 tons, this big bearing puller is built for tough industrial and workshop applications.

Durability is enhanced by a corrosion-resistant KUKKoating for long-lasting performance.
