The MADI light hard hat headlight, model HL4AA, is a high-performance LED headlamp specifically designed for linemen and professionals. It’s arc flash tested at 8,000 amps for 34 cycles.
This hard hat headlight is incredibly versatile, particularly because it’s compatible with face shields / flash shields. You can flip your shield up or down without having to remove the light or make adjustments to your helmet setup, which is a big convenience when you're in the middle of a job.
In terms of lighting, it offers different brightness settings, including bright and dim modes, and can deliver up to 450 lumens of illumination. That makes it powerful enough for dark work environments while also giving you control over the intensity.
The HL4AA is built to last, with a waterproof rating of IP65, so you don’t have to worry about rain or harsh conditions damaging it. It runs on four AA batteries, which are easy to replace and provide extended runtime.
To enhance safety even further, The MADI light hard hat headlight features a fire-retardant strap and a wire cover, which is especially valuable when working around flammable materials or in high-risk environments.
