Featuring a robust 6 oz capacity and an anodized aluminum base for added durability, it’s ideal for applications involving vibration, impact, high torque, or centrifugal force. Offered as a 10 Pack, this model activates instantly with no need for switches or external components.

This bearing greaser supports lubrication of shielded, sealed, or open bearings including anti-friction oscillating, ball, roller, oilite, and bronze styles. It uses a spring-powered piston system and metering rod to distribute NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease at low pressure (1–5 psi). The metering rod's internal channels deliver grease only as required, while venturi action ensures it flows only when the bearing is in motion. This helps avoid over-lubrication and grease packing during downtime. Each grease feeder is pre-assembled with a medium (silver) spring, and includes both light (blue) and heavy (red) springs for output adjustment. The clear dome allows users to check lubricant levels at a glance, and the device includes a Zerk fitting for easy refilling. With 1/8” NPT or BSPT thread compatibility and support for hazardous areas, it offers flexible installation across industries.

How To Order:

1. Select the proper unit size: To determine the unit size, you need to know the bearing shaft diameter, speed, and the bearing class. If the shaft diameter is 2”, the bearing is sealed and the shaft speed is a continuous 2000 rpm, you will need an extra large unit. See the "LubeSite Size Selection Guide" picture. 
2. Select the proper spring size: First, determine the operating temperature and
   the grease weight. For example, if the operating temperature of the bearing ranges
   from 60ºF to 80ºF, and you’re using grade 2 grease, then you will need a meduim
   (silver) spring. If mounting on an extension, use of an extra heavy (orange) spring may be required (spring effectiveness will vary with application). See the See the spring selection guide picture.
