• Dispensing Mechanism:

The Bijur Delimon LubeSite 502 Auto Greaser is a compact, refillable lubrication unit designed for environments where corrosion and mechanical stress are concerns. Featuring a nickel-chrome plated aluminum base and a chemical-resistant Viton® piston seal ring, it is built to withstand corrosive conditions commonly found in food processing and chemical applications. Offered in a 10 Pack, it provides instant, maintenance-free activation without requiring switches or accessories.

This bearing greaser is compatible with equipment operating under high vibration, torque, shock, or centrifugal force, and supports shielded, open, or sealed bearings including oscillating, ball, roller, oilite, and bronze types. It uses a spring-actuated piston and metering rod to deliver NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease at a controlled 1–5 psi. The metering rod’s internal channels allow grease to flow only when needed, and the venturi mechanism ensures lubricant is dispensed exclusively during bearing motion. This prevents grease from accumulating during downtime and helps protect seals from pressure damage. The grease feeder comes pre-assembled with a medium (silver) spring and includes light (blue) and heavy (red) springs for adjustable output. Its clear housing offers easy level monitoring, and a standard Zerk fitting simplifies the refill process. Designed for mounting in any orientation, it can be used safely in hazardous areas and across a broad range of industries.

How To Order:

1. Select the proper unit size: To determine the unit size, you need to know the bearing shaft diameter, speed, and the bearing class. If the shaft diameter is 2”, the bearing is sealed and the shaft speed is a continuous 2000 rpm, you will need an extra large unit. See the "LubeSite Size Selection Guide" picture. 
2. Select the proper spring size: First, determine the operating temperature and
   the grease weight. For example, if the operating temperature of the bearing ranges
   from 60ºF to 80ºF, and you’re using grade 2 grease, then you will need a meduim
   (silver) spring. If mounting on an extension, use of an extra heavy (orange) spring may be required (spring effectiveness will vary with application). See the See the spring selection guide picture.
