The Perma Star Vario 250ml automatic grease lubrication system delivers programmable, precise lubrication for various industrial applications. Each unit uses an electromechanical drive to generate pressure, with operation controlled via an LED interface featuring status lights and programming buttons.

This automatic greaser supports discharge intervals from one week to 12 months, allowing customization based on application requirements. It reliably supplies lubrication to critical points across linear guides, gearboxes, and electric motors. The transparent housing enables quick checks, and its high operating pressure makes remote or safer mounting locations viable. With a 250ml canister, this auto greaser handles jobs requiring extended intervals between servicing.

Protection ratings of IP65 and IP67 ensure resistance to dust and moisture. Operating temperatures range from –20 °C to +60 °C with the standard battery, extending to –40 °C with the lithium option.
