The Perma Star Vario 500ml automatic grease lubrication system delivers a complete, preassembled kit for controlled, long-term lubrication across a wide range of components. Designed for flexibility, it uses an electromechanical drive to dispense lubricant at adjustable intervals from one week to 6 months.

This automatic greaser system features an LED display with built-in control buttons, surrounded by status lights for real-time feedback. With a working pressure of up to 7.5 bar, the auto greaser allows remote installation away from hazardous or hard-to-reach spots without sacrificing consistent delivery. Lubricant types can be matched to the application, and the transparent housing makes visual checks simple. Certified under CE and UL standards, and rated to IP65/IP67 for protection, it’s suitable for industrial settings from –20 °C to +60 °C using the included battery, or down to –40 °C with a lithium battery.
