• Operating status is transmitted to a PLC and evaluated. The two integrated operating modes TIME and IMPULSE offer flexible use. 
  • In TIME mode, lubricant discharge is based on operating hours.
  • In IMPULSE mode, a precisely defined quantity is dispensed as soon as voltage is supplied.

The Perma Star Vario Control Drive enables external power supply and discharge control for any Perma Star Vario LC. It supports both TIME and IMPULSE operating modes for precise lubrication scheduling, with adjustable intervals from one week to 12 months. Electromechanically actuated, it allows connection to a PLC to monitor and evaluate system status. TIME mode controls lubrication by operating hours, while IMPULSE mode triggers discharge based on voltage input. Designed for harsh conditions, it operates from -40 °F to 140 °F. Control cables are not included. The Perma Star Vario Control Drive is sold in a 10-pack.
