The Simatherm IH-045 Bearing Heater is an advanced and compact heating solution designed for small and medium-sized workpieces, offering seamless integration with the "Simatec World of Maintenance" app for enhanced control and monitoring. This bearing warmer is ideal for applications involving rolling bearings, gears, gear rims, shrink rings, pistons, bushings, sleeves, and clutch parts. With the ability to accommodate components weighing up to 45 kg and inner diameters ranging from 20 to 310mm, it ensures uniform heating for safe and efficient assembly.

Swiss-made for superior precision, this bearing induction heater operates within a temperature range of 20 to 180°C, with a maximum temperature of 180°C. It offers eight variable power levels (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 80%, and 100%) to provide controlled heating tailored to different applications. The built-in magnetic probe ensures accurate temperature measurement with a precision of ±3°C. Additionally, an optional second temperature probe is available to utilize two-sensor technology for even greater accuracy.

With an operational area of 114 x 160 mm and compact dimensions of 320 x 267 x 293 mm, the Simatherm IH-045 is designed for efficiency and ease of use.
