The Jonard Tools TK-120 Telecom Tool Kit is a comprehensive fiber prep kit designed for accessing, preparing, and supporting fiber optic cables for termination. It brings together popular slitting, ringing, stripping, cutting, gripping, fastening, cleaning, and visibility tools in one organized case for fiber installation and service work.
The Telecom Tool Kit includes the JIC-375 Three Hole Fiber Optic Stripper, which strips 1.6 mm to 3 mm fiber jackets, 600 to 900 micron buffer coatings, and 250 micron coating layers to expose 125 micron glass fiber. The kit also includes JIC-186 Wire & Kevlar® Cutting Shears for cutting Kevlar®, cabling insulation, tape, cable ties, and other materials used in fiber cabling tasks. This toolkit supports slitting and ringing across a variety of fiber optic cable styles. Additional tools include 8 in high leverage diagonal cutting pliers, long nose and side cutting pliers, wet fiber wipes, an LED flashlight with zoom lens, and a 6-in-1 multi-bit screwdriver with Phillips and slotted bits.
