The plant in this video produces magnesium pellets from Magnesite ore. The Magnesium rich ore are crushed and mixed with seawater at the facility. The crushing site within the plant has conveyors with multiple bearings. In total there are 1,000 lubrication points at the plant. Most of them are lubricated with Simalube automatic lubricators. The maintenance department has indicated that the Simalube lubricators provide the most reliable and efficient lubrication solution. Not only are the points being lubricated, they are being sealed and protected from dust at the same time. The Simalube lubricators are dust proof so they work perfectly in this type of environment.
