The Jonard Tools UTST-1860 Large Cable Stripper (0.5"-2.5") is an adjustable utility cable stripping tool designed for 600V to 35kV primary and secondary cables. Built for overhead, underground, tree wire, and spacer cable applications, the tool handles cable diameters from 0.5 inch to 2.5 inch, or 12.7 mm to 63.5 mm. It supports both mid-span and end stripping, making it suitable for jacket and insulation removal across varied field conditions.

This cable stripper works with PVC, PE, and HDPE cable jackets, as well as PE and XLPE insulation materials. Its selectable cutting modes allow radial, small spiral, and large spiral cuts for controlled stripping based on the application. An adjustable blade depth from 0.0 inch to 0.51 inch, or 0 mm to 13 mm, helps improve precision across different jacket and insulation thicknesses. The blade angle knob switches between 0°, 10°, and 20° cutting positions, while the removable handle supports easier use in confined spaces.

A strip stop rod helps set repeatable strip lengths, and the lightweight aluminum body supports easy use.
